During the intake, we conduct a thorough movement analysis based on scientific principles of anatomy and functional movement. We examine 7 essential parts of your body: knees, hips, shoulder complex, spinal mobility, core, and balance. This allows us to identify imbalances and limitations that affect your daily movements or training. After the analysis, we train together for 20–30 minutes, focusing on your body and goals. This way, you immediately experience how we work and what we can do for you.

Join us during our walk-in hours on Monday and Thursday at 11:00 AM to discover our studio and ask any questions about our personal programs. Whether you’re interested in strength training, mobility, injury recovery, or lifestyle coaching, we’re happy to support you.
